"Fredy's group has done an excellent job to "water proof" the porch wall. This job was very complicated; they must remove the blue stones on the porch so they could go down to" water proof" the wall from outside first, then they put back the blue stones and sealed the porch with water seal material. After that, they did the water proofing the inside of the wall to assure no more leakage from the porch to the house. It was raining hard for a couple times but the wall is still completely dried, thanks for the wonderful job done by Fredy's contracting,inc. I greatly recommend this company to everybody."

They carried out the work in early summer 2025, along with an exterior sump pump, and sorted out problems related to rotten beams they encountered along the way. I highly suggest you remain on site on their working days so you can learn about and consult on the work, which is interesting in itself. Naturally such great guys are in high demand, but they're worth the wait and expense. "
