When we decided to go with Tim and his company, Tim had a window representative from the window company come out to our house and helped with all of the measuring of all the windows and trim and sliding glass door. Once the windows were ordered, it was about three weeks when they came in. Tim called and setup the appointment for the installation and was very professional about what his team was going to do.
