"The project was performed as quoted. The workers were very knowledgeable and professional. This was a very involved project that lasted 7 days were one job had to be completed before going on the next part. "Had an initial good experience with the company. They were able to get us in quickly for an install for a new build home. Got a couple estimates and decided on this company given a coworker used them for a prior project and they happened to be in my neighborhood. The issues started happening after the major storms. Areas underneath the pavers started sinking. They dug a trench for an irrigation system leading to the backyard and I suspect it wasn't properly compacted leading to the premature errosion and collapsing of the pavers. I spent over 40k+ on this project and have been very gracious on getting the issue resolved before posting this review. I've made, 8 different attempts over the span of over 2 months to get this inspected/repaired. At first I'd get a promising message saying they'd get someone out right away, then wouldn't hear anything for days. Now I can't even get a response back. "
