"I was disappointed at first, because the service took longer than expected between my time of payment and actually getting the work done. However, they made up for it with a truly excellent job, doing more than I expected them to do and doing an excellent job of cleaning the lawn. "They did the services that were provided in the big deal, lawn irrigation, sprinkler tune up. I believe it had something to do with the beginning of the season getting the system up for the season. It had been winterized so they came in and got the system up and did a tune up and did additional work replacing some of the heads that were broken or cracked. Everything was working fine when they left."

"The crew (two guys) arrived about a half hour after the scheduled time, which I guess isn't bad compared to a lot of experiences. They were very friendly and polite and seemed to work **** ** the job for a long time to clean the siding and windows. Rain was moving in, so when they said they were done, we just paid the bill without looking things over. However, when we did have the chance to look about an hour later, it was an obviously incomplete job with algae still present on the underside of the siding and not all windows and screens cleaned as they should have been (some were, some weren't). Took pictures of the siding and emailed it to the company, and quickly got a response agreeing that the work wasn't to their standards. A person came back after a couple days and made the siding look good. As part of the siding cleaning, some windows got dirty again but they weren't prepared to take care of those, so a few days later had to come out a third time to finish the job. About two weeks after the job, got an email saying I hadn't paid yet, despite having paid the workers with a credit card when they were here the first time. I verified my bank account that the money had indeed been deducted and called them back to say I had paid, which hopefully they have updated their records for. This is a tough one to rate, as I so much want to give this company the benefit of the doubt. My siding/windows were in bad need of cleaning, and ultimately they accomplished a tough job with a lot of time spent on it for a good price - it definitely should have cost more. They were responsive and generally courteous. Regardless, it shouldn't have had to take a complaint and three trips to finish the job, and to top it off with an email saying I hadn't paid was just additional insult."

"I signed up for the monthly package. Which included lawn care, fertilizing and weed control , fall clean up, gutter cleaning and snow removal. Very careless, sloppy work. The main concern appeared to be saving time. My lawn had skid marks from the mower turning. Didn't even clear the leaves before the final fertilizer! And the leaves were wet - that's when I cancelled."

"I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my beautiful retaining wall. The whole experience with Genadek Landscaping and Excavating Inc. was enjoyable. From scheduling thru completion, not only was I treated with respect but so was my house, grounds and neighborhood. Thru the whole process I was treated with courtesy by Stan and his crew. When I told Stan my vision, he found the blocks I had envisioned (other companies told me what they would use and it wasn't what I wanted), when I changed the design a little, asked all kinds of questions and wanted an extra layer of block put on, everyone went with the flow. It felt like there was nothing else that mattered besides making my job and my needs top priority. I really appreciated the men keeping the area clean and I got a kick out of hearing "a clean work site is a happy work site". The wall not only looks great but having seen the accuracy, care and professionalism with which it was built, I'm sure it will last for decades. Not only would I highly recommend Stan and his crew, but so would several of my neighbors who appreiciated their workmanship, courtesy, and professionalism. I should mention that Stan's estimate was competitive and I appreciated knowing up front what any changes would cost. <br /> <br /> 2 years later and I'm still thrilled with the look and workmanship."
