Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. "This was my first experience with Plumb Better Plumbing. The technician was there within 1 hour of calling them. He turned the water back on and verified the depth of the leak. They gave me prices and options up front. My choice was to re-pipe house through attic, re-pipe house through slab, or point repair in slab. He did express his concern of point repair in slab, because of vibration of jack hammer could cause any other weak spots in the pipe to break. Once a decision was made and contract was signed, within a hour 2 helpers showed up to get the water back on as quick as possible but correctly. I was impressed with the explanation of what has occured and options in repairing. I will definitely use Plumb Better for now on. It may have seen a little expensive, but, you get what you pay for. Best water pressure I have had in my house since I moved in back in 2007."

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

We had been fighting with the insurance company for about 6 months (since hurricane Irma in September 2017). We had received an initial sum equivalent to about 25% of our actual damages.
