"The dispatcher told me that someone would be at my home between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM but since there were several trucks operating in my area the possibility was good that someone could be there earlier. Eventually i was notified that the time would be moved out to sometime between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Excellent service with experienced personnel! <br /> On Friday Oct 23 my wife called me at work stating our kitchen drain was clogged. After personally snaking the drain with very little success I called a plumbing company (BF Plumbing). On Saturday, The plumber tried in vain 2-3 times and after seeing dirt and sand, they said that it was a broken drain pipe under the house slab. The estimated the cost to repair to be about $ 5,000 (which included an option to bust/break my Travertine tile floor or external piping).  <br /> The same day (Saturday), I called a second plumbing company (RR) for a second opinion and estimate. The second plumber came in Monday morning and after listening to the story decided to produce an estimate to fix it without verifying the issue, the estimate was around $9,000.  <br /> Monday afternoon I called a third and a fourth plumbing company. The third one (M.E. Plumbing) never called me back and the fourth one, Rooter-Man send a plumber late Monday afternoon. This plumber (Chris) heard the story and decided to investigate further to find the real root or cause of the problem. He determined that the issue was not a broken drain pipe under my house, but a very persistent clog. He said to verify he would need a longer drain camera and drain jets, he provided an estimate on the cost to trouble shoot and fix of about $500 (five hundred). The next day they came back with a drain camera and drain jet system. They tried from all type of opening and even tried a drain bladder. After working continuously for a number of hours (Chris would not give up!), he was able to finally dislodge the obstruction and the bill was only $474 as opposed to $5,000! A 4,500+ savings and our kitchen drain is working much better than it has worked in years! <br />"
