"I called the number and easily made an appointment for same day service.  The lady that took the call was polite and friendly.  They gave me a 3hr. window, which I thought was fair.  30 minutes before arrival, they called me to let me know the technician was on his way.  John and his assistant arrived as promised. They wore protective shoe covers and were both friendly.   <br /> They quickly discovered the source of my problem and snaked the drain.  It was a considerable clog (note to self: no eggshells from now on in the disposal) and they had to snake it twice.  He showed me why the clog was forming and recommended the bacterial solution for regular maintenance in the future.  John also let me know that my plumbing didn't have enough pitch which also contributed to the problem.  I asked him for an estimate for that work, which he provided.  There was no pressure to do the additional service.  He said it may be something I might want to in the future. <br /> <br /> <br />"
