"The gentleman that came out was just as nice as can be and thorough, very thorough. They did three rooms, a stairway, and sofas. He was just all over the house and just nice. He was there and did what we wanted to do. We ended up with a stairway and a hall, then downstairs where my mom stays, so it was nice. He did a nice job. You know it was just pleasant from the phone call to schedule it and from the man who came out. It was just one man; he was accommodating, there was no push back or no attitude, he was there to do a job and he did a very good job. I think the pricing was very fair. The quality was a good job, and you can tell the rooms were clean. They smelled clean and didn't take long to dry my chairs. I felt good about it, the gentleman that came to our house was very courteous and knew what he was doing and got to it. You know, we helped a little bit with the moving things around. He didn't fuss like some carpet cleaners I had before like you're going to move this or you're going to move that and I kept saying these pieces are just going to stay right where they are. He didn't have any problem with that and it was nice just to have somebody do what I wanted and not give me a problem. They were very punctual, very professional. I mean from the beginning to the end. Everything about that company was professional."

They did a very good job and very professional.  It usually only takes a few hours.  They clean up the area afterwards very well."
