"We had a set of three projects, as follows: Replacement of Masonite siding with Hardieboard. Gutters replaced with Gutter Guard. Excellent execution. Minor issues corrected on-the-spot. Deck repair and refinishing. Needed to be right, plus no splatter on the new siding. Done perfectly. Roof shingles replaced with upgraded materials. We had a flu sweep through the crew. Storms impacted the schedule, and we insisted that the roofers take no chances with slippery conditions and lightning. A few issues resulted from these nature-sourced interruptions. However, the project manager kept us in-the-loop, and through his efforts and that of the owner, Mike, all issues were addressed, excellently. Costs reflect all three phases."

Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. "Our roof looks like new. You will need to check to make sure they spray your windows with water to ensure any deposits as a result of the roof cleaning are removed."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"From the outset, John was great to work with. He provided the most thorough estimate of any of the 6 companies we had come out, to the point that he got on the roof and examined all areas for evidence of wood rot before giving us a quote. His quote was the most reasonable of all the ones we received, and he was the only company that did not try to upsell us. He was also willing to install gutter guards which we purchased separately as part of the install. John worked extremely hard and had the rotten boards replaced, and new gutters/guards installed within 3 days. Everything was cleaned up and after the rain last night we have gutters that actually move rain water off our roof and through the downspouts like they are supposed to! We're very happy."
