"I am now having problems in opening, closing and locking my security door. I have called 4 times to schedule an appointment to have Mr. Patterson to come out and adjust my door. After the first call, he made an appointment but never showed up or called. He then called me the next day and said he could come. I had two appointments that day. He came out on time and sprayed WD 40 on track and said I don't fix tracks or mechanism and charged me $130!!!! No mention of this $130 service call to tell me he can't fix tracks or mechanisms.
