They went back and forth on what time delivery was supposed to be and We wanted to move the intake return duct and when the installers showed up they had no idea we wanted it moved which slowed down the install by a couple of hours."

"On Wednesday, July 11th, one of our AC units stopped working. It is very hot this time of year and we immediately notified our Home Warranty company of the problem. They told us that we would receive a call the next day. The next morning a woman called from A-1 to schedule a time for a technician to visit. We had to wait for one day following her call. For us this was not a significant issue as we have a second unit that cools the sleeping areas. The technician arrived promptly as scheduled and immediately began to diagnose our problem. He had the part he needed available and replaced the capacitor in our AC unit. He also explained to us how to clean the condensor coils so we could lower our electric bills and extend the life of the unit. Because our AC is covered under a home warranty we received when we purchased our home, the cost was only 60 dollars. Normally this repair is considerably more. Our technician was professional and personable and we would definitely call him for service again."
