Lines are completely off, shower ring did a very poor job. He left caulk on the walls that my husband and I will now be responsible for trying to remove. He left caulk on my bathroom floor. We will now have to hire another individual to take out the caulk that he put in and replace it. He responded promptly and was most polite, but this was definitely something that he cannot do with any degree of efficiency. "
