"<br /> <br /> <br /> The covering was beautiful. They used stone with epoxy glue and put it on with trowels. It was a beautiful looking job when they got it done. However, after one year it started to get blemishes on it. We have a 10year material, 5year Labor and service warranty on it so they came out and tried to recoat it but it only made it worse. When I called them to come back out they told me they couldn't come out until June 12 then they pushed it back to July 09. It has been a full year before they could come back out and correct it. I lost 3 years on my warranty before they could come out and do something.  Now I have a beautiful looking deck with blemishes in it. They can't even tell me what's wrong with it. WRONG You sent a gentleman out on June 19,2012 to Heat strip &  Recoat,then again I did the Heat pressure the day before & due to rain we agreed to let it go until 2013 & there was NOJOB WAS DONE THAT DAY. <br />    #4  You have not heard back from the customer since? WRONG. I have the order that was signed by your employee  after he called his boss & set the schedule for June 12, 2013 . I called your office on June 11,2013 to tell them it had been raining & could we get it the following Monday June, 17 2013, your office girl told us no they only send people out in this area on Wednesday's . I told her I would like to have it done  before July 4th she said no I only work here So I asked to talk to her boss . Hours later I got that call, and her Boss would not bend to get it done ,He said July 9th, we said come out June 12th & if it rained do it July 9Th, he said if I didn't take the July 9th & it rained June 12th I would be pushed to the end of  July, 2013, so I had to take that date <br /> # 5 Now Nature Stone  responds on June 24th  & said he has  not heard from this customer since 2012.? <br /> Answer: an employee called by phone by the name of Josh to respond about Angie's list  on June 24th 2013 & I thought it was all <br /> resolved & he said July 9th they would be here & get the job done right  1 hour later I get on Angie' list & find all lies the he told. <br /> Customer would love to hear from Owner of This Company <br /> <br /> UP DATE ON NATURE STONE. <br /> On July 9, 2013  Nature Stone sent a gentleman out to address my problem ( White patches all through the floor of my deck ) <br /> He looked it over good and went to work to take care of the problem. "Rhino was one of three companies I met with to give an estimate for the painting. Ryan listened to my concerns with the last paint job I had and worked with me to get a good level of comfort for what he would do for me. His estimate was the lowest, but that was not the driving factor for choosing Rhino. I felt comfortable with Ryan, and he communicated often and was patient with me with my many questions. He even offered to power wash my patio, which I appreciated, and took him up on that. The painting went well too. Ryan's crew did a good job power washing to prep the house, and matched the paint colors (house and trim) almost perfectly. After the first coat went on, I had some concerns with some spots that were bubbling and wood that looked like at least one more coat was needed. He relayed my concerns to his crew, and the second coat looked much better. There were still some spots that I felt needed attention, and he very willingly worked with me and got everything looking great. His crew also did a good job cleaning up, and I am very happy with the work that was done. Additionally, due to a minor miscommunication, Ryan gave me an additional discount, which I appreciated very much. I also appreciated his patience with me to address the trouble spots, but I think the house is in much better shape and the house will look good for a good long while."

"<p>Others had tried to remove this stain unsuccessfully with power washers.  Mark Anderson (CEO) provided a bid with a couple of options and recommended the cheaper of the two (sand blasting).  It worked very well.  The resulting epoxy covering wasn't a perfect texture, so another coat was applied and the results were very satisfactory.</p> <p>Appreciate Mark's coming by to inspect the work and following up to make sure the results were satisfactory.</p>"

"Came promptly and examined house from top to bottom. Advised several areas that needed attention and  recommended corrections that improved  structure and appearance. Saved me money that I might have spent on products from other structure providers. His knowledge was very reassuring. <br /> <br />"

"One person came out and was on site for about 5 hours. We were very happy with the results of the concrete cleaning and I would hire them again for that aspect of the work. However, I am a bit uneasy with the sealing process. It rained during the cleaning and all of the surfaces were still wet and in some areas water was puddled in low spots when the sealer was applied. I recalled that the salesman said they would call to schedule the work when they saw a rain-free day coming up which tells me that they wanted the surfaces to be dry for the work to be done. I questioned the young man about this and he said there should be no problem with the sealer treating the concrete even with some standing water. Since I know of no way to judge this going forward, I must take his assurance on faith and I am very uneasy not knowing that the areas are truly and evenly sealed. Thus my overall grade for the cleaning is "A" and for the sealing it is a "B""
