They removed all the old pavers and poured a new beautiful sidewalk. He was also super prompt and got the job done fast. "These guys absolutely exceeded my expectations. Within two days they were out to look at the project, give me a quote, and were able to start work the following week (which was especially important as we're coming up on the end of the season). AMA prepped the site, surveyed and graded for proper drainage away from the foundation, and even trenched in and installed new drainage for a detached garage. They put an incredible amount of work into grinding down and chiselling out a smooth edge on the house foundation so they could put in an expansion joint and pour right up to it, and the finished product absolutely shows the hard work and attention to detail that was put into it. Michael and Juan were really great to work with--they kept me up to date with when they were able to come out and work on stuff, listened to exactly what I wanted, and suggested some really good solutions for things I hadn't even thought of. The broom finish they applied is perfect, the edging is clean, and the control joints they cut in after the pour are perfectly straight and well placed. They even came back afterwards and applied a siloxane sealer for the concrete to help block pores and protect it from the elements, and tamped in some asphalt patch around the apron where the weight of the concrete truck was too much for the edge of the street. This was stuff I was expecting to have to do myself at a later date, and they did it for the cost of materials. They even went above and beyond and replaced a section of sidewalk that was lifted out of place by the concrete truck, all without me even asking, and cleaned up the piles of excess stone and dirt by hand, using it to bevel out the ground beside of the drive. I just really don't have enough good things to say about Juan and his crew--I highly recommend!"

I had several companies out initially and was not very impressed with them. they were just throwing out large numbers and not really spending time on explaining the details of the work. rick from buckeye came out and spent several hours on his first visit. rick was very patient with my wife and I. he walked us through the process step by step. he was very knowledgeable and very detailed in the work to be performed. he answered all of our questions from the city permit process to the actual work. he told us exactly what to expect and that's exactly what we got. when the crew arrived on Monday the foreman bryon walked us through the work card and explained what they would be doing day by day. bryon was extremely polite and curtious to our needs. we had a few plants that we wanted to keep so he dug those out first and set them aside so as not to damage them. they worked very hard and were very neat in keeping the job clean. I was happy to make them hamburgers and hot dogs for lunch every day. the inspections all passed and I couldn't be more pleased. the half of driveway they had to take out looked so good that we had them remove the rest and replace all of the concrete drive. I would like to thank them for all there hard work. they were wonderful. I would also like to thank rick for coming out three separate times before we decided to do the project. all the other companies wanted us to contract within 20 minutes of being there. it was a big decision for my wife and I but we sure are glad we went with buckeye waterproofing. thanks again for all your help!
