"Iran, Chris and Brady did a great job. They finished the installation of a sump pump in our crawl space. They also used hydraulic jacks to lift several joists that had water damage. Then they attached sister joists to the damaged ones and then lowed the new joists down onto the sill board. They also used blocking boards to repair/re-enforce the damaged Band/Rim joists as well. Very friendly and courteous. Cleaned up after the job as well."

"We had an excellent experience with C & J Basement Solutions. We appreciated the no pressure inspection consultation. The representative was knowledgable and gave us a lot of information. The loan process was quick and easy. We had a basement waterproofing system with a sump pump installed. The crew arrived on time every day. They were very professional, friendly, courteous and respectful. The crew kept us informed about what they were doing every day. We were very impressed with their work and their going above and beyond what we expected to insure that everything was done correctly in our basement. If they saw a way that something could be improved...they did it. When the work was finished, they left our basement clean and you could not tell they had been there (except for the fresh cement and new sump pump). They also cleaned up the outside area where they had been: yard, window wells, and deck. They sowed grass seed where they had been in the yard, topped off the window wells to the proper level with gravel and made a new drain pipe near our water tank so that we didn't have drain tubes running across the floor. Inside, they wiped down the floor and door entrance. Overall, the crew took care of our home as if it was their own and made decisions based on what they would want done if it was their home. "Everything went smoothly from the estimate of work we received  from Jerry to solve our problem right down to the crew that came to do the work. Sanders, the foreman, explained to us what work was being done and updated us as the work progressed putting in the drain tile, installing the weep hole cove protection and re-cementing the basement floor.  He was very professional in answering our questions about the work being performed. "What started out as a estimate for only paint turned into a great experience. Originally Ron was simply going to paint the interior of a house after I had the drywall repairs done. After meeting Ron and he assuring me that he could repair the drywall at a reasonable cost, we proceeded. Ron repaired all drywall problems including all nail holes, removed a bunch of paint from a previous painter off of the trim etc etc. Ron all in all did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond and it turned out great The previous painting of this house was obviously done by an amateur as there were drips everywhere on the trim the floor etc. etc. Ron corrected the other painters mistakes. After seeing the completed interior Ron at my suggestion agreed to repair and paint the concrete porch. Again, another excellent job. Ron’s communication and punctuality made dealing with him an absolute breeze. He is a pro. He is very accommodating. In summary. I could not be more pleased with Ron’s work and his communication skills. He did exactly what he said he would at exactly the price quoted. I recommend Paramore Painting and I will be using them again."
