Inside he has repaired doors, lighting fixture and the bath tub. Upon completion pictures are shared of work without easy access. I have been pleased with all the improvements. "This review covers a number of small and major projects over a number of years. I started to use Jason after a neighbor had his roof replaced by Pierce Remodeling. I have been extremely pleased by Jason’s work and HIS COMMITMENT to the business. What prompted me to do this review is that a couple or three years after the complete removal and replacement of my asphalt shingled (and complex) roof, I called him. I had a suspect area that needed attention and without hesitation, he came out the next day and repaired this small section that had been affected by weather or time. He inspected the rest of the roof to help assure it was A-Ok. I tried to pay him for his time, but he refused and stood by his commitment to stand behind the skylights, roof, gutters, putting screen on chimney, and attic fan that he replaced from the original construction. He is both a FAIR AND HIGHLY QUALIFIED business and without hesitation I recommend."

"I felt like Gary abandoned my projects. I hired and paid for him to finish our basement/attic. I also had a few other projects like a fireplace remodel, kitchen tiling, and doorframe build that I needed. He finished the basement and quoted me for the others but said he would have to go to another project and come back after Christmas, then New Years, then he didn’t know. I have been calling, texting, and always get a runaround and a bunch of excuses. Miguel, his assistant, was great and always went above and beyond and provided great customer service. With Gary, it felt like pulling teeth to get my projects finished. He even left my finished attic with no door on the crawl space. My contract said “finish trim work in attic” and he claimed he didn’t know there was a crawl space door there when he quoted me so I’d have to pay someone else to do it. Honestly, I’m pretty sure that was an excuse to just be done with my project and on to a bigger dollar project he had lined up. I think he’s blowing me off now because he’s chasing higher paying jobs instead. Disappointing when someone doesn’t keep their word, so be wary of that. If you have a bigger dollar job, you’ll be fine until it gets to the end and he’s ready to move on and leave loose ends on your project. I wanted to give him a chance to redeem himself, but he doesn’t seem interested."

"Loebrich first showed up to provide an estimate for the work I was looking to have done. I contacted 3 companies to provide quotes of the 3 companies, 1 did not provide a quote and another took 3 weeks to get a quote. Before I received the 2nd quote, I already told Loebrich's to perform the work because of the professional manner in which they conducted themselves and it also helped the quote was fair.
Loebrichs showed up on time and completed the initial work in a very professional manner and I was so pleased with the work (the initial job was just the 3 custom doors) that I had them stay for 3 more days completing several other jobs I needed done. The work was very well done and the house was always left cleaner than when the showed up.
Loebrichs also paid very close attention to the little details for example we said we would finish the drywall and paint it. Loebrichs still treated the work as if they were going to finish it themselves which saved us a lot of additional work on our part.
I would highly recommend to anyone that you feel confident in using Loebrich's, you will not be disappointed!

"Steve did a great job. He came out and gave me an estimate. The basement door had been damaged and torn away from it's hinges due to a  retaining wall that had collapsed at the back steps. The area all around the door had to be built back up as well, because of the wall collapse and as a result of some some water damage.
Steve came out on the day and time that he has scheduled with me, installed a new door,deadbolt lock and built up the area all around the door head and jambs. He was very professional and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I would highly recommend him. "
