He called me and said he checked it out and was able to tighten it up and straighten the mailbox itself as well. He didn't have to make a second trip back. I never saw Phil. I never met Phil. We never talked cost until the job was done when he called me and said he fixed it. He billed me $60. I thought that was fair since he was honest about not having to make this a bigger replacement project. I inquired what other kinds of work he does.
