"The workers were on time and very friendly. The work proceeded smoothly until there was a leak. We called and they returned immediately to fix the problem. The leak was around a dormer. They repaired it and finished the job without a hitch. The other dormer leaked last month, a year after the repair, and in one phone call they were back and repaired the roof. Dormers aren't that easy to repair, so I understand that there might be issues, what I really appreciate is that they have stood by their work and returned to repair any issues right away. We will be using them in the future for other home improvements as we save some more money. <br />"

He seemed to have had a lot of experience with this problem. Within a day or two I received an estimate by email which seemed reasonable. He was able to to the job within a week or so after my ok. He showed up on time and completed the entire job by himself within 4 hours (having made up the posts before arriving). He was well equipped and very efficient in this work. He was also a very pleasant person to work with. The final result was very satisfying and he did a good cleanup."
