He diagnosed the problem and replaced both the upper and lower thermostats. He also noticed that the water heater circuit breaker was functioning intermittently and replaced it. He completed the work neatly and professionally, and the water heater was restored to full function."

"Everything went perfectly. Edgar showed up right on time. Actually, 15 minutes early. He came with bright lights to see under the sink. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and showed me exactly where the leak was. Then he told me he could fix it right then and there, which I wasn't even expecting. We agreed on the price. I asked him how long it would take, and he told me around 20 minutes, and he had the materials with him. He went down to his truck, came right back with the materials, went right to work, and less than half an hour later, he told me to come see it was finished. He turned the water on and..... no leak!! All fixed. Afterwards, he collected the old materials and took them away. We tested it once again and...no leak!!! Perfect. Why aren't all contractors like this? Additionally, Edgar was friendly, super competent, and efficient. I don't know why anyone would choose another vendor for plumbing. I'd give 10 stars, but only 5 were allowed."

"I have been using Eddie at Pampering Plumber for several years at my home and have always been extremely satisfied. The most recent project was the design and installation of 2 tankless water heaters. Before making a proposal, Eddie surveyed all of the plumbing lines in our attic and determined how he needed to modify them so that we could change from a 1 tank water heater to 2 tankless water heaters. Based on his design recommendations Eddie clearly explained what to expect in terms of the length of time to receive hot water in our many bathrooms, kitchen, etc. when the tankless system is operational. It has been almost 2 months since the tankless water heaters were installed and we are thrilled with its performance.
