"Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. Based on our many interactions with JJ Home Services, we booked him for several other projects around the house (siding, bathroom remodel, door and window install). Prior to hiring Tom I met with two other contractors regarding this project, Tom was by far the most knowledgeable about the products we wanted to use along with having the best construction plan in place to ensure the hardscapes would stand the test of time.  Tom was the only contractor who knew we had poor soil conditions in our area (he was right) and planned the correct measures to combat the issues right from the start.

Tom and his crew showed up on time, worked steady for the better part of a week and a half and created a fantastic outdoor space for our family.  Throughout the course of the project they came up with great ideas for improving the original designs along with correcting a drainage issue we didn't even realize we had.
