"They certainly exceeded my expectations. After they power washed the buildings, they meticulously covered all the windows, and taped/covered any vent or object protruding from the buildings. They even removed all the downspouts. While replacing some wood was part of the job, they identified, and replaced wood that I didn't know was bad. When they were done the only things left were a sparkling house and barn; no other indication that they were there. They should be the first company that you call."

"The old roof had more layers on it than it should have, so it had to be removed. After it was removed, the decking underneath it had holes and looked like Marion County roads. They replaced the decking that needed it and installed the new roof, gutters and gutter covers. They covered the bushes around the house and cleaned up very well as they went. I am very satisfied with the quality of work that was done. My neighbors on both sides were as well and are planning on contacting him when they're ready for a new roof also."

"I worked with James and he was fantastic to work with. We submitted my claim to insurance company and they denied it but James knew what to do next. We submitted and appraisal and my roof was covered. James is super nice and helpful. He would answer all my questions even if at crazy times of the day. My roof looks great with Owens Corning dimension shingles which James helped me pick out. I would high recommend them for your roofing needs."

"As they were fixing warping/wood rot I could see, they found that the entire porch needed replaced due to the builder's poor choice of un-pressure treated wood. I agreed for them to do so, they gave me a fair quote and were able to proceed."

"All-American Restoration is hands-down the best company I have ever used for roofing. Brad is an amazing person and treats his customers with respect. We used him a few years ago to roof our house when we were selling it and found out in the inspection it had hail damage. The timing for the work was critical because were also moving to a new house and needed it done fast. His crew was out literally the next day and had it done the same day. We also used him to repair our existing roof due to some wind damage. He worked me in the schedule and fixed it before rain was expected. If it would have rained before the repair, it would have been catastrophic. His prices are very competitive. He is a good person and will treat you right! I HIGHLY recommend him."

"Excellent! Very professional. Large crew...in and out in 1 day. They have done at least 3 other roof jobs in my neighborhood and came highly recommended. I can see why. Great price, great guarantee, quick, efficient, great clean-up. My only advice to anyone with tender plants or bushes like hydrangeas or azaleas that have branches that might easily break off is to warn them ahead of time to cover with "extra care" if these are in the way, or you might figure a way to cover them yourself. All in all, though, they did a great job of protecting my plants and bushes."

"The original slate roof on our 150-year-old Church needed replacements and repairs; additionally, we have an area that was formerly rubberized. Cornett replaced the rubberized area with copper. Their work on the slate and copper were completed timely and the customer service contacts and workmanship were great. We would recommend them and especially for a specialized type roof."

"Locke and Ladder went above and beyond from start to finish! On their very first visit, they not only walked the roof but also inspected our attic to make sure nothing was overlooked. Their detailed presentation and clear explanation of the entire project gave us complete confidence from the beginning. We went with Brava synthetic shake shingles and they had the expertise and experience to install these specialized shingles. They started exactly when promised and completed the entire job in just six days. Caleb was on-site every day making sure everything ran smoothly, and Jon checked in regularly to ensure we were happy with the progress. An added bonus—Locke and Ladder helped us secure thousands of dollars in insurance funds that we never would have pursued on our own. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers truly set them apart. This company is top shelf, and I highly recommend Locke and Ladder to anyone who needs roofing!"
