"My husband and I decided to have our carpet cleaned in an effort to buy us some time before replacing the carpet. We needed the LR, DR, 3 BR and a high traffic pattern cleaned. Ron Hobbs did a fabulous job. He was on time for the appointment and the job was completed in approximately 90 minutes. Now, I'm not feeling pressured to purchase new carpet immediately because my old carpet is refreshed and clean. Going forward I'll call Ron annually to clean our carpet."

Did want to mention the cleaning ingredients got on my wood floor. It was wiped up but did some minor damage to the surface that my husband recovered. Would suggest a Drop cloth around the furniture if working around hard wood floors. Otherwise very satisfied with the cleaning."

"Mike did a great job . The fabric was very old and stained. We wanted to see if we could spruce them up a little to get a few more years life and did not want to spend a fortune. They look fantastic!  He also did a great job on our carpet . He was on time , and was very professional . I will definitely be using his service again !"

Checked in several times, updating me after they completed other jobs so I could have a good idea of how soon I could expect them. Were very professional and friendly when they arrived. They did not waste anytime! Came in, located the stain, neatly and respectfully brought in their equipment, and completely removed the stain. Pricing was cheaper than the companies that were NOT willing to come the same day. Overall great experience and will be contacting them for any future carpet cleaning needs, as well as refer them to friends and family."

"In a word -- GREAT! This company did the best job of cleaning my carpets that I have ever seen. They showed up on time, got right to work pretreating areas that needed it, shampooed every carpet in my house, and even moved certain smaller pieces of furniture that I had requested that they clean under. The next time I have my carpets cleaned, I will most definitely call them again. (Which is actually why I'm here, making sure I have their correct contact info to hire them again now. Then I discovered that I had never written their review!)"
