"Brothers Pavers was very easy to work with. They gave us an estimate within 24 hours of viewing the job and were able to adjust according to some changes we wanted made after. David and Jose were always available for any questions and kept us up to date while our Nicolock paver product was on order. The patio they built is beautiful and was was completed in 1.5 days. The team did a great job leveling out the space and making sure the foundation of the patio was well done before laying the pavers. Jose was sure to check with us with any brick layout questions as the job progressed. Their attention to detail and efficiency is a testament to their expertise. "They did a difficult job well. They replaced our old patio with new pavers, expanding it to come to both sets of steps on our deck. They installed new French drains and dried creek bed, going around or under previous drains. They extended the drains from the roof to join the drain to the road. They poisoned and removed invasive plants. Due to the lateness of the year, it is a little too early to see how well the new French drain will work longer term or removal of invasive plants, but it's good so far and it looks good! The price was good and they worked hard and quickly."

"We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio."

"Mike came out on a Saturday morning to discuss our needs and review options. He provided ideas and found images of possible plant products to show us. Mike stayed out in the rain to measure and calculate the amount of mulch and rocks needed to meet our needs. He provided a written estimate prior to leaving. Mike was clear about the time frame when he would be able to begin the work and contacted us within the estimated window to establish a start date. Mike and his crew showed up when scheduled and worked over portions of two days to transform the select sections of our landscaping into something we are proud of. Neighbors have stopped by to comment on how nice the project turned out! The personalized service provided by Mike and Colonial Landscaping was outstanding. We plan to use their services going forward for maintenance and enhancement of our landscaping."

"The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."

"It went really well. We used their services right after we bought the deal. I do not know if we spent more than the big deal price because my wife actually handled that part. I saw what they did but she took care of everything. The yard looked really nice and they cleaned things up really nicely. They had one tree that they said that they were not sure if it was going to make it but they said that they would replace it at their expense if it did not but that was not necessary because everything came through. I did not really deal with them that closely. I just saw the work that was done and I knew when they were here and when they left."

GSB is a design build firm, but we found them surprisingly flexible compared with several architect-contractors we interviewed.
