"I've used Z cleaners twice now for cleaning my drapes and have been very happy with them each time. They are always very responsive, and not only do they pick up and return the drapes after cleaing but also took them down and put them back up again and steamed them in place for the price quoted. They also shortened one pair of drapes for me. I'm not as happy with that job - some of the stitching on the hem came undone soon after they were hung and over time, that has become worse. They also needed to cut the lining shorter when it was turned up since it's a bit bulky. It wasn't so bad that I was going to send them back at the time but now wish I had. Despite the above problem with the shortened drapes, I would absolutely use ZCleaners again for any drape cleaning and would definitely recommend them to others for that service."
