Most of your professional landscapers require that you use their grass for any overseeding projects, but in my case I had already purchased a seed of preference and Isaac was willing to accommodate. In fact, I ended up calling him back days later to see if he could do the job about a week earlier than what we had originally scheduled and thankfully he was accommodating in meeting my wish during one of the busiest times of the fall season. He arrived on time, responsive via text and phone. He was professional and efficient in making sure of keeping unwanted grass seed out of the shrub and tree beds. Attention to detail was awesome.
