"I would recommend SODO construction with a 5-Star rating! The work and attention to detail is top notch and fast! Some of the other quote I got were $5,000 and $10,000 more and wanted to use a lesser quality shingle. They left the site nice and clean. I am proud to have the SODO sign in front of my house saying they did my roof!"

"I had my roof repaired today 6/6/25 by Tapia Roofing. I called them to repair my roof. My call was returned promptly and within the same day he came to inspect the roof and within a week, they repaired it. They are professional, reasonable, prompt, respectful, courteous and do an excellent job. They even swept my porch and sidewalk that wasn't even close to where they were working. Fernando shows you before and after photos of the work done. I was more than 100% satisfied with the work that they did."

"I expected the roof to be done a half at a time but they rearranged dates to complete the work all at once. Every person was specialized as this is not an easy roof job. The foreman explained the newest products on the underlayment and how it worked. The tiles on the edges were custom cut and lined up beautifully. Clean up was ongoing. Only one spot on my grass. Any extra tiles were left with me."

"Consummate Professional. Juan showed up on time and was easy to work with. When it got to the job he quickly isolated the issue, explained to me and demonstrated to me what was happening, then immediately fixed it. After that we tested it to make sure the leak was sealed. I have other needs with my roof and I will absolutely look to Juan and this company for more help in the future"

"Ken from A Honable Roofing came out and showed me all the places that Invigorating Roofing missing and why the roof is leaking. He's going to give an estimate to repair and some of the skylight covers. He seemed very honest to me, so will probably hire them. I don't want to have anything to do with Invigorate roofing. So this will be coming out of my pocket. Since Invigorate roofing never addressed my concerns and insurance company paid them. I'll probably never hear from them again."

"I hired Vargas Roofing to repair two spots on an asphalt shingle roof. He also said that he could do the gutter cleaning. He set it up for a few days later. He came on time and worked alone. Within a few hours, he had patched the roof, did the gutter cleaning, and sealed everything. He even cut some branches so they didn't hit the roof. He was respectful of my property by cleaning up the shingles and all the leaves. Having one person do both jobs really was very helpful. I would hire him again."

"I received Vargas Roofing contact information from Home Advisor and contacted Gilbert Vargas directly to discuss replacing the canales on my flat roof home with downspouts. Gilbert responded immediately and provided an onsite visit followed by a competitive estimate compared to several other vendors. Mr. Vargas worked his schedule around the fact that I was having the house stuccoed and returned once the schedule was final to discuss colors, and downspout configuration for each set of canales. I would highly recommend Vargas Roofing for your seamless gutter needs. Gilbert Vargas is a professional business person and attends to the job personally to ensure your satisfaction."

"Sandia Building solutions was able to address our roofing replacement immediately and completed the job in under a week. Their price was competitive and the workmanship was very good. They responded to problems with our house quickly and made sure the job was done right."

"Kramer is an outstanding contractor, and his work is impeccable!! Things that were done poorly when they built our house, he re-engineered so it would be stronger and better than ever before. He listened to what we wanted and delivered on everything. His pricing is more than reasonable and worth every penny. When we weren't sure about something, he came up with ideas and gave us options, and it always turned out for the best. We can not say enough about the quality of his work, his breadth of knowledge and experience, and his friendly and courteous nature. He was a joy to work with, and what he added to our home, will allow us to enjoy it for years to come, and will increase the value when (if ever) we decide to sell it! The pictures don't lie, be sure to check them out, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Kramer for EVERYTHING!! We absolutely love our new kitchen!!!"
