"I am pleased to recommend International Brick and Concrete(IBC) and Rigo Ortez for all asphalt related work. My wife and I needed a driveway overlay due to severe cracking in our 20 year old+ driveway. We called and then interviewed a number of contractors from the area, none of whom were particularly responsive and all of whom were a bit evasive regarding price, specific work to be done and timing. We each separately described our feelings about these contractors as “sketchy”. Rigo was immediately different – he was obviously professional and directly answered all questions. He responded to our message within an hour, showed up to our appointment on time, answered all questions clearly and concisely, provided a proposal within a few hours of our meeting and then completed the job the following week on the day agreed. The price was lower than most of the other quotes we received and overall it was very competitively priced. The driveway work was done by Rigo and his crew exactly as described and per specifications and looks beautiful. While we don’t have direct experience with their brick and concrete work, based on the asphalt job completed for us and RIgo’s professionalism, I am confident they would provide similar quality work. "Patrick, Tom and their team replaced my concrete large driveway and two walkways. The project was expertly completed with Patrick constantly checking on the progress throughout the days. He was always responsive and available for my questions. Unlike other estimates, Patrick was very reasonably priced for the job. I highly recommend. "Jamie and JP General Construction is very easy to work with.  We had 2 other waterproofing companies come out for estimates. One tried to up-sell and neither of them could install the electrical outlet or deal with our stairs (they didn't even subcontract).  Jaime's crew was able to take care of all our needs, at an almost identical cost to the companies that expected us to find contractors to deal with the related issues.  
Jaime and his crew were punctual, super nice, industrious, and very hard working.  Our job was completed quickly.  Jamie and his crew most certainly went above and beyond to ensure a well finished job.  It was very reassuring to know that all aspects of the job could be handled by one crew (instead of having to find additional contractors to finish it). 
I would recommend Jamie to anyone needing waterproofing.  His company also does kitchen and bath remodels as well as decks, porches, driveways etc.  I'm confident that his crew is just as detail oriented and quality focused in these areas as well.
