The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. I had 2x6 boards, rather than plywood, as my roof substrate and a large amount was rotted out. They spent extra days on the project, communicated very well and sent pictures. The extra items I requested, the wood replacement (including all the gutter attachment boards) and some cracked cedar siding were taken care of well and for a reasonable price."
