Jimmy and his team sanded the floors and stairs, meticulously replaced boards where there was a squeak, and refinished them with a beautiful satin finish.  In addition, they installed new baseboard throughout the house.  The window shades, built-in cabinets, and shelves were carefully covered to reduce dust, so when they left, the floors were clean and minimum dusting was required. Not only are they experts in their field, but their attention to detail and pride in their work are apparent in the work that they do.  "

I needed a quick, partial replacement of wood flooring. I called and left a message with Magni. Co-owner Marcin Toroj called me back that day and came to my house the next to discuss the project. He thoroughly explained the process and wrote a fair estimate. I immediately accepted and he scheduled the work for the next day. His installer was delayed on another job, so Marcin delivered the new wood himself. Melvin soon arrived and did an excellent job. The other co-owner inspected the work as it progressed and Marcin did so at the end. The job was completed as promised and on time. I was greatly impressed and will certainly use Magni Flooring again should I need their services. You should too!"

"We contacted District Floor Depot when we were moving into a new house to possibly refinish existing wood floors. Once we (...they!) fully removed the carpets and saw the condition of the floors, we decided to install LVT instead and only refinish the wood staircase. "We used Sam to fully remodel our master bathroom and do some cosmetic work in our guest bathroom. We took down walls and started completely from scratch. Sam did all of the demolition, prep work, plumbing, electrical and installed some very intricate marble mosaic tile, for us on the floor of the bathroom and in the shower. Sam is punctual, responsive and extremely knowledgable about his craft. His men do incredible work when it comes to the finishes and he keeps a very clean workspace. All along the process Sam was present at the job and addressed any minor issues we had along the way immediately. You will not find any better bang for your buck in this area. I highly recommend him and we just hired him again to do even more work in our home."

I really appreciated his approach to estimating the work, informing me about their process, and listening as he answered all my questions. The young man (didn’t get his name) who delivered the flooring was on time and placed the product neatly in the room in prep for installation. The installers (Christian and Gabriel) were awesome as they expertly completed the work, kept me informed as needed along the way, and kept my home clean throughout the process (i.e., removing old carpet/padding, preparing sub-floor, etc.). I had one existing problem area on the floor that I initially discussed with Aaron and he assured me they could handle it – and they did.
