"Clogged disposal turned out to be broken clean-out line and 2 breaks in sewer line found by snake camera. Nick was on time with crew, explained each step as we went, and made sure to answer any questions I had about the work. Nick jumped right in and began the digging even as his crew was arriving. By checking the sewer line, 2 additional breaks were discovered caused by nearby cypress roots. Fortunately, a relining process saved us from having more of the yard dug up, and carries a 50 yr warranty. This was a 2-day project and you cannot tell anything happened there; our front garden was preserved during all the work. Costs were in keeping with this type of in-depth work in the area. "I had another plumbing company out to fix my clogged shower drain. After two weeks and a lot of money spent, they diagnosed it as a collapsed pipe and were going to have to jackhammer my floor and dig to fix it. I called Zoom Drain and they came out the next morning with the right equipment. They used a hydro jet with 3,000 psi and were able to unclog my pipe that was NOT broken but apparently just had a nasty clog due to scaling. "Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. "Removed p-trap, and ran a snake into the main bathroom's sink drain, but was unable to clear clog due to the poor condition of the old plumbing. However, effort is appreciated and commended because the stench coming from the drain was unbearable. Recommended replacement of santi within wall, and provided estimate. Same procedure was followed to clear clog in sink drain of second bathroom. Although I was disappointed that it was against the service provider's policy to snake the drains from the vent pipes via the roof, one of the drains was cleared, and a good effort was made to clear the other."
