You want option A, that's this price. Go with option B and it's this price. I don't see how it could be done better. I got exactly what I was expecting and didn't pay a penny over what was quoted. I think his prices are fair and reflect the quality of work that his crew does. <br /> Corey is focused on customer satisfaction and on doing the job properly. "It took a while to get scheduled (weather was not working in anyone's favor) but once I was contacted, services were scheduled for the next day. All cracks were repaired, and the sealcoat came out great. Since services were rendered, a few of the cracks have re-appeared, but this did not surprise me. I likely waited way too long to have this done. I intend to have the driveway cracks repaired and a new sealcoat applied next year, should this special re-appear."

They identified two areas of trouble; my patio slab connected to the back of my basement and two vertical cracks 10 feet high.  They poured concrete and replaced the slab including a bell drain for drainage which came out very nice. Even built a stair that leads to the sliding glass patio.  They repaired the vertical crack by digging down to the bottom of my wall (excavated) and they used this waterproof gel, then filled the space back with dirt. It looks very nice. The waterproofing and concrete work came with a warranty which gave me comfort. They also sprayed the basement with a mold remediation product and did an OZONE treatment to purify the air.
