"Proposal was not clear. I had to review the scope of the job several times with Craig. Unfortunately, after the first day, I was told there would be additional charges for work he had performed that day. We negotiated to A mutually agreed compromise. Due to illness, there were several starts and stops along the way. Finally finished a few days later than expected. I was left with a big cleanup job in the basement. They swept, but not thoroughly and didn't cover a thing as they had promised. I would use them again but would be very clear on what I expected as a result and pricing"

"Peters is very professional- we've used them twice now. My feedback would be to provide an estimate. Both experiences, the plumbers tell us they can't give us a detailed quote, and then we get a bill in the mail weeks later. That makes me feel very uncomfortable."

"Ed did an amazing job on the bathroom! My bathroom before was outdated and pretty sad looking. It wasn’t a space that i felt good about. Ed transformed my bathroom and now it is bright and beautiful and perfect. Ed was very professional, efficient and helpful."

"Had Matt run new wire for a big addition and hook everything up. He was easy to work with, communicative, and fast. Very talented for a young guy. I was nervous about some potential complications but once we turned everything on, zero issues"

Hi! I’m Matt and I’ve been plumbing for 2 years! I’ve worked with and installed many different systems, but I specialize in water heater install and service, repairing leaks in drainage and water pipes, and installing fixtures! I believe all work must be done neatly and to the home/business owner’s standards, no matter what.

"They were punctual, and friendly, and they got the old faucet disconnected easily and the new one installed immediately!"

"He did a great job. He showed up on time any was very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was right and that we were happy with everything before he gave us the bill. He was very nice and we will be using him in the future for our plumbing needs

"I contacted the company on Tuesday, March 22, to set up an appointment, and then purchased the deal for a $200 credit towards plumbing services for $79.  I found the leak while doing some remodeling on our house, and luckily, the leak was accessible through a service panel.  I provided all of the details of the situation to the representative, and scheduled an appointment that was available for Friday, March 25.  The person I talked with on the phone was very friendly and helpful.  About an hour after scheduling the appointment, I received a call back from the company informing me that they had a cancellation and could come out earlier if I was available.  I took the appointment and was able to get everything fixed two days earlier than I had anticipated.

"The technician was great and had all the parts needed to fix the leak and was able to unjam the disposal. Was great not being coaxed into replacing pricey plumbing fixtures. Would hire again!"

"I bought the new one myself, but it’s not always easy to install, and the guy was here to fix the upstairs bathroom drain needed to be fixed, so I had him do it. I get what I pay for, and they did a good job."
