I was impressed with the care and meticulous attention to detail that Hakim and Donna brought to the project. This was not a "slap a coat of paint on and call it a day" operation. H&D stayed within their estimate, completed the work within the deadline requested while managing work on days when weather permitted. They provided excellent results. H&D understood that mine was a historic property and treated the home and project with extreme care. They also focused on little details that most would have ignored or disregarded - as examples, they painted and refreshed the locksets on the exterior doors and touched up other door hardware without being asked. "Hugo and his crew did an absolutely amazing job painting my house. It started off as a small job, taking the wallpaper off in 2 rooms and painting and it ended up with the entire house getting painted. Everyday I would come home and I was so happy with the painting that I would add more rooms on to the job. They stripped my walnut railing and restained it and it looks spectacular, like a brand new railing. The thing that I was most impressed with was Hugo s honesty that my bedroom ceiling was going to collapse soon and that it needed to be reinforced right away. He saved me a lot of money and hours of anguish. Hugo communicated with me every day and kept me up to date on the job. He was very professional and patient. And reasonably priced. Their work was extremely neat and detailed and they kept my house clean without any paint mishaps especially since my floors were brand new. I would highly recommend him and his work."

"Highly recommend Affordable Weaver Painting. I contacted 5 companies to have some painting done in 4 rooms, 2 small hallways, and a small stairway. I knew what colors and brand of paint we wanted. I received 5 estimates. Affordable Weaver’s price was in the middle range so their price was fair. The estimate was also the final cost. Job completed in 2 days. Three employees showed up on time both days and other than an hour lunch break each day I did not see them stop working the entire time. They repaired some minor flaws in the walls, were efficient, neat, and polite. Finished result looks great."

"Will did a great job & is EXTREMELY meticulous! He created a very detailed & professional quote and followed through on everything that he promised within that quote, with regards to the amount of work, quality of work and paint selections. He made great recommendations that helped me to get my rental home ready for sale. There were a lot of repairs from 4 years of renting to tenants and he handled that very well. The final product was excellent, looked gorgeous and received many compliments from those that toured the home for showings. I do have one warning / alert. The project took a lot longer than expected. Luckily I had some wiggle room in timing but if you have a tight deadline, make sure you’re clear about this upfront. Will is a one-man show, because of this, any issues that occur for him (illness, family, etc) does create delays. Will did everything possible to stay on schedule (late nights / early mornings / long days) but it was impossible given the fact that he had to do everything on his own. If you have the time to be flexible, Will does not disappoint!"

"It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. I also like that he and his wife both have small businesses in philly. I would highly recommend New Era Pro for exterior painting projects. I would use them again for sure, but because of the quality products and quality of work, hopefully I won’t have to!"
