"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. "Moore efficiently ordered a new part and replaced the bracket. Very simple, nice work. At the same time they did the inspection of the furnace (in our attic), found two problems and fixed them. The drain collecting water from the furnace had been damaged, and there was a error in installing the drain pipe in the attic. Some cost for these fixes but glad to have work done. We are members of Moore's "Club" so there was savings from that."

"The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left.
