"Tom and his crew  (zack and E Jay) arrived in time , had all the supplies. ready and started  the job. <br>Once they were up there realized that there was extra work to be done replacing all the wood at top since it was rotten under the existing chase top. They replaced ,took pictures of the whole process as a prove and put the new stainless steal chase top based on what I wanted , the respected my opinion and answered my questions. <br>The chimney sweep was good the guys inside the house were careful and didn't leave any traces after they finish, great clean up and gave me tips on the upkeep since is a different system that the average chimney. <br>I am very happy with their service."

Andrew was extremely knowledgeable of the product and created a spectacular design and assisted w/ the financing of my project. He was always available to answer all questions. The Project Manager Anthony communicated daily with project updates and was extremely responsive to questions and addressed all concerns in a timely manner. "It went well. We had to contact them to get scheduled even though the advertisement through Angie's list said they would get back to us by Thursday after we purchased the service. Then Angie's list contacted them. They got back to us by Friday. <br /> We were hoping the person would show up closer to 8 am since we needed to leave at 9:30. We had asked this 2 times to the person making the appointment and she made it sound as though the person would be there at 8am, but he did not get to us until a little before 9 am. We managed to get the entire appointment in, but we were rushed and ran late. We may use them in the future. We are still reviewing for other prices. They want $2,000+ to replace 14 layers of brick on our chimney. <br /> We ended up using them for the chimney repair. Frank came out and did the repair. The chimney work is beautiful. He repaired the bricks and replaced the inside flu at the top. He is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I would recommend working with Frank for sure.  We are thinking of looking at an insert and working with Frank. <br /> <br />"

"Everything went very well. Don and his team arrived to my home at the scheduled time. They were professional and courteous throughout the job and answered any questions I had. DF Construction had the best price and was able to give me a bay window to replace a bow window. Another company said they couldn't replace my bow window with a bay window...they said there wasn't enough room to do it. Don was able to do it because of his knowledge and expertise. I'm very happy with my new windows!"

"I needed to replace my hot water heater and wanted it done ASAP. As usual, I checked reviews on Angie's List and called several area plumbers. Most could not get to me for a day or two. When I talked to Benjamin Franklin's contact person, Chris, she took my information, gave me an exact and guaranteed price quote and said someone would get there later in the day. Within 30 minutes, she called back and informed me she found a plumber who would be over within the hour. The technician, Mike S., also called to let me know he was on his way. The replacement required some creative problem-solving, and Mike S. answered the challenge in a calm and intelligent manner. He worked quickly without rushing and explained to me much of what he was doing (I tend to ask a lot of questions). All went very well, including a thorough clean-up, and a careful removal of the old heater. I found the experience as stress-free as a plumbing emergency can go. Next plumbing job I need, I'll most assuredly be calling Benjamin Franklin."

The flooring contractor has already referred Capital Region Masonry to his clients The job started off as a repair but as the damage to the front step unfolded, Mario explained to us what the correct and better approach should be. He explained everything in detail without being condescending. He was very respectful of our property. He left the job site clean each day and was very pleasant to have around when he was here."
