"We did our research and homework before choosing Pavertime to build our paver patio. Pavertime was very competitive in the bidding process, emailed us a quote quicker than other bidders and were able to start the job promptly. Bryan Cantwell was our contact from begin to end and he was exceptionally pleasant to work with. We had some minor changes during the execution of the project and Bryan was accommodating at all times. The work completed by the installation crew was top quality! They also did a good job cleaning up after they were done. We would highly recommend Pavertime for any paver project."

"Allied helped us out with replacing our sidewalk with brushed concrete, and putting in pavers for our walkway and patio. The results are better than we expected! Matt and Noah were a pleasure to work with, and we were thankful they could continue to safely work during the pandemic. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to do the same kind of work we did!"

"We are very pleased with the workmanship and service provided by Paver Connection and highly recommend them. In particular, John who checked the work we needed done and provided us with a very reasonable estimate of cost and time required for the job. Josh, who oversaw our project was wonderful about explaining what would be done as well as answering all our questions. The workmen were polite and professional and did a super job. Finally, Ann Carpenter kept in touch with us so we always knew exactly when to expect the crew. This was our second experience with Paver Connection and we could not be more please. If you need pavers or paver work, call them. You will not be sorry."

"Summary: The work occurred during the week of a major rain event which resulted in some things I wasn't completely pleased with. While they completed the work on time my backyard is not very level now in the areas they worked on. <br /> <br />The front yard looks great and the system has worked very well. I am pleased with the system, the calibration that was done, and the training on using the system i received. <br /> <br />The back as i said is a little rougher. I had no issues with standing water prior to the installation but now there is a spot in the yard that doesn't drain well. I told the installer of the issue when they trained me on the unit. He took pictures and told me they would get back to me but I never heard back.  <br /> <br />Finally the backyard is very uneven now. I know that it takes some time for things to return to normal but the yard overall looks a little worse than when they started. I feel like they rushed the install and the 8 to 10 inches or rain that fell that week had a negative effect on the work.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Update, <br /> <br />Waterwise called and free of charge fixed my issue with the drainage in the backyard. I was very pleased with the customer service and the went out of their way to make it right."

"Provider sent out a landscaper who was on time, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and provided great information with what needed to be done to get the drainage issue resolved. They Provided a good plan but unfortunately it was over my budget and just could not have the work done. I would certainly recommend them and use them in the future. <br />"

"I had a mud pit in my back yard. No good natural drainage. We built a covered porch and had New Patio install a permeable driveway. It is not only beautiful but also super functional. A few weeks after we installed it, we had a great texas rain. It worked perfectly. Standing water was all over the neighborhood, but not in my driveway. If you are looking to install a truly permeable driveway, you need to make sure it is done right. New patio will do it right. Super fast, super clean, super nice, and super professional. <br /> <br />"

"Jose and his team did an excellent job. Jose (the owner) is very hands on with the project and interacting with the customer. He is extremely honest, reliable and hard working. Jose is one of the few individuals that will do whatever it takes to make sure his customers are 100% satisfied. Whenever I had a question he would immediately call or text me back, or be right over to the house if needed. Planet Grass truly cares about the quality of the work and the customers satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them."

"Process was very smooth, Dale came right on the time of his appointment for the estimate and a few weeks later came to build our patio cover. They spent 1 day and finished. Cleaned the entire area and we were very happy with the result, it looks great. Would recommend and hire again."

"We thought that we needed a drainage system for the side of the house, since we had stagnant water there all the time. We had 3 drainage experts come over and give us quotes before Johnny Blalock come out to give us a quote. He was the ONLY expert that identified that we didn't have a drainage issue- but that there was a water leak in the neighbors sprinkler systems' PVB back flow preventer (I didn't know anything about this stuff before he came). I was SO impressed with him right off the bat- that he was able to identify the true issue when the 3 other specialists had missed it completely (or rather they just wanted to get hired to install an expensive drainage system that would have cost thousands). Johnny went to the neighbors backyard and sure enough, he was right about the leak- the PVB was completely unstable and so we were able to turn it off and I then contacted the neighbors. I was so impressed with how knowledgable and HONEST he was. He told me that it would have cost around $3,000 to install a drainage system, and that wouldn't have addressed the real issue, since all the stagnant water was due to a leak. I definitely plan to hire him in the future if we do need a drainage or gutter system, purely based on the fact that I could 100% trust him to be honest. I am very impressed with him and the company and so grateful that he was able to provide us with this information and save us thousands of dollars that we otherwise would have spent!"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Anahuac, TX

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
