"Very happy with this company. We had about 500 sq feet of hardwood floors that were in dire need of refinishing. Estimator came quickly and on time. Quote received same day and was very reasonable. Scheduling for the job was less than 2 weeks out. Crew was punctual, courteous and skilled. We had some questionable black marks on the wood floor that the crew were able to remove saving us money by avoiding stain or board replacement. Overall, we’re very happy with this company and would definitely hire them again!"

"I used Diedrich brothers to refinish most of our first floor and it turned out beautifully. I highly recommend them and know that you'll be happy with their work. Alex and Tom are fairly young but have the values of previous generations. They are courteous, hard-working, and reliable. They managed to fit me in so that my floors could be refinished before I moved in. Also it did not seem that they jacked up the price because of the quick turn around. "Not a good job!. Poor communication with condescending conversations, dumpster/old floor disposal not included in quote (unknown to me until after deposit was given), gaps/holes not filled, floor color not even, sealer not applied in same number of coats or not evenly, pushed fridge over uneven floor color to cover (wouldn't have known if I didn't move it closer to the wall), hall floor left with 3 color differences (told to let it age), pushed off coming back to fix issues 2 weeks at a time causing a 1 week project to take 2 months. I had to buy sealer to attempt fixing multi color hallway floor. Did the best I could but it's still not right (just not glaringly obvious). Stair nose cut on angle to let pantry door open - raw cut and not finished. Had to ask him to replace with stair edging. He said work left for me was work his contractors finished for him on other jobs. I'm not a contractor or DIY person causing high stress levels over 2 months. If you can finish the job, you're ok."

"Matt @ Imperial did a fantastic job on three projects in our home. We had them install custom hardwood floors through out our lower level in 2019 and an entire kitchen renovation. The entire process was made so easy for us with the way the team communicated and delivered on their committments. We receive so many compliments on our kitchen even from designers. When we decided to remodel the upper level in 2023 we used Imperial again and they were able to match our lower level custom flooring exactly amd also complete a custom staircase refinish and install of custom stair rails and ballisters. When they were finishing the final touches on the stairs Matt the owner asked what were our next big projects for the house amd we were in the market to have someone refinish the upstairs bathroom and he was able to hit a homerun and made a huge transformation of a 1970's bathroom to a modern showpiece. We are planning to build a custom home in 2025 and will be reaching out to Matt at Imperial for some more great work."
