"It went really well. Old house, all plumbing was redone.and both upstairs remodeled with all fixtures replaced. Even hot water tank when it went out. Thankfully that was in the garage. Next house we bought had a bit needed done. Both outside spigot replaced, and inside again new plumbing, commode and fixtures. Newer house did have 2 bigger inicents. Sewer line went out due old piping and then year later water line damaged due to tree root. But they were both replaced and work great. All done in a very acceptable timely manner. Very little family inconvenience. Next project, soon another hot water heater. For many years nothing, not one, plumbing project developed a leak anywhere. Parts did go out a couple times, but parts can fail. His work never did. That is one thing I can rely on and never worry about. And one other thing is that, depending on work I suppose, was fair in his pricing and explained things as he went. Took photos of start, during, and after. We have some small in house projects to be considered next and will be calling. I had the pleasure of visiting a family that their kitchen redone. It was out of a magazine. Do I recommend? Emphatic YES. If you're reading this far, you already missed making your appointment with him. Next project"

"The service was prompt and the toilets were installed and are working just as expected. There were two things that bothered me about this installation: 1) the flange on one of the toilets was rusted out and to remove and replace it, I was charged $300. Prices for flanges are considerably less than that so most of that cost would be for labor. Considering the flange was installed in much less than one hour, I feel I was excessively overcharged. Additionally, many flakes of rust were all over my bathroom. There was no effort to clean up the mess. 2) the three removed toilets were placed in my alley for removal by city trash removal. That's OK, they took them, but there was no attempt to consolidate the boxing material for the new toilets. Packing material and boxes for the new toilets ended up spread all over the alley. He even left his water bottle out in the open. Being overcharged and lack of respect for my home are the two reasons this company will not be hired again. I just wish I had taken pictures of the messes."

"This was the second time I had them work on my house. First time unclogged kitchen drain and installed new toilet. This time the outdoor faucet was leaking. It's an older home and it appeared to be the original faucet attached inside the brick of the house. They explained what they needed to do to fix it and gave me a fair cost. "I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000. They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. I had a friend with a similar problem a few weeks ago who got a huge quote from another plumber. I told her to give Morgan a call. Again, they found the leak and were able to perform a reroute that saved her money over the tunneling proposed by the other guy and Morgan was able to get to the job sooner to boot. This is definitely one of those cases of you getting what you pay for. They are a highly skilled company, do quality work, and won't try to jerk you around for more costly or complicated solutions. If you want it fixed right the first time, give them a call."

"Installed Lowe's cabinets: 5 wall cabinets, 3 base cabinets and 2 tall pantry cabinets. Redesigned existing soffit to make smaller and to flush with the front of the wall cabinets. Made existing kitchen opening 3 times bigger. Installed marble back splash, porcelain tile under base cabinets, appliances, rewire electrical for recessed lights and wall plugs. Smooth ceiling and wall finish. Redid sink plumbing. Each morning Alex would prep work area by covering floor and each afternoon clean work area. Very respectful and easy to work with."

Stacy Callahan (Owner) was wonderful in the prep process. Mr. Callahan walked through the areas I was looking to remodel, asked questions and made helpful recommendation. The price quoted for tiling floors in one full bath, one half bath and a laundry room was excellent and the quality of the work outstanding. The owner was very helpful as well in giving input on flooring  options and other local businesses that I could visit for making my selections.

My family and I were very pleased. The team arrived punctually each morning ad worked consistently throughout the day. The window was during the holidays and the Callahan Construction team was excellent about avoiding (to the degree possible ) other activities in progress.
