Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. Very pleased with 'Moose' and his work team."

Although I did have to call another company to finish that work, Tom, the owner of Ben Franklin, worked with me on final price of his job, and we came to an agreement on final price of his work, which was fair. Tom was fair and the customer service deserves a mention. Although I did recommend this company, I do wish that I required Tom to personally view the job, as I did everything over the phone with him. If you decide to use this company, you should ask for a plumber, to view the job site, prior to accepting a bid, things probably would have went smoother if that had occurred."
