We decided to get the yearly maintenance plan which was very reasonable. He also replaced our irrigation timer with a smart timer and programmed it. "This has been my best experience with Angies List.  I purchased the deal on Monday the 8th and after submitting my request, I had a phone call within a hour or two.  The service agent was extremely courteous and worked with my schedule to have a plumber at my house the next day.  I received a call to confirm the appointment and was even offered an earlier slot. As described the plumber was at my house on time.  The plumber Norman, listened to my issue, evaluated the line and gave me his suggestion on what action to take.  He did not try to up sell me on anything, he did explain the pros and cons of the service and then got to work. 
The plumber took his time, was respectful of my property and cleaned up any traces of his work. 
Bottom line, our kitchen sink was running slow and we had several quotes from $199 / $1200 for repairs, with this deal our drain was unclogged for under $50.  Deal or no deal I found a plumbing company I can work with in the future.
