They addressed areas of wood that needed to be fixed with no problem. I also had bathroom vents routed properly to the roof as well. The roof shingles and flashing were done with care and quality. I even watched one of the team members as he carefully positioned shingles each time so they were perfect. They took their time to do the job right, but are so efficient the project is done in one day. The crew cleaned up the property so well afterwards, which is a difficult task after taking off two layers of roofing. I had multiple quotes for this project but I would tell others not to even waste the time and to sign with A & D Exteriors for whatever your project entails.
