"Franos Roofing did fantastic job from start to finish. I have replaced roof siding and gutters. His crew did great job, attention to details of installing and cleaning after themselves. We highly recommend Franco’s roofing and his team. Thank you Arek."

"Very happy with the outcome. We were dreading this job as we have extensive plantings around the entire perimeter of our home. A tear-off and roof replacement is by definition a very messy job. The crew did a great job protecting and respecting our numerous plantings -- thus we had minimal damage. They spent significant extra effort to haul all the debris across the roof to small landing spot in front. Not the cheapest bid but we are happy we went with this boutique roofing -- quality materials and crew"

"This is a very professional, courteous family owned business and I have already recommended them to friends in the area. The installer said that he really enjoys working for the company, and that alone is a great recommendation ."

"Lake county roofs was amazing love my new roof. They cleaned up after and left my residence cleaner then when they arrived. I highly recommend them. Darin is excellent about retuning calls or texts and his quote was right in our budget."

"Great roof, great installation, A+"

"I can unequivocally recommend McCann Window and Exteriors for residential replacement windows. We hired McCann to install nearly 40 vinyl and wood windows in both 3BR apartments of our 2-flat. Kevin is knowledgeable and straightforward in the advice and recommendations he offers. For the initial quote, Kevin arrived on the scheduled day and time and was patient with us over a 2 to 3-week period as we tweaked job specifics, styles, and strategies for what was (for me as a new landlord/2-flat owner) a fairly large job. McCann’s crew took as much care in installing windows in the rental unit as they did for those installed in the owner’s unit, and this meant a lot. There was attention to detail inside and out, particularly with the sealing/caulking/seams (super important in the context of windows and durability). Kevin’s in-office presentation of options was especially informative, and it helped us understand and appreciate that he is indeed a small business owner (which we were even happier to patronize for this reason). Good email and phone communication in the lead-up and throughout the job. I wholly recommend McCann Windows if you’re considering the purchase and installation of replacement residential windows."

"We have used Professional Home Improvement in the past to replace windows, siding, soffits and fascia. It was such a great experience working with professionals who take great pride in their work. We knew we were going to use Mal & his crew again for this year’s project. Replacing the old stucco and the Tudor style cross boards with LP trim. The windows in the front of our house were replaced with Alside Ultramaxx windows. His crew took great pride in their work. It was such a pleasure to work with Mal & his crew again. We would highly recommend Professional Home Improvement to anyone!"
