"Contacted them to by phone on 7/16/21 at about 9:30 am was told the estimators were busy but was asked to send an email of photo's I had of the problem as well as my contact info and estimator would be in touch. I sent email and received a reply from Billing Mgr at 10:02 am. That is the last I heard from them. Ended up getting work done by another company that actually replied back to me (that same day). With all of the other glowing reviews of this company on Angles list, I'm surprised."

"I hired Alpha to completely remodel my basement. From setting up the walk through for a quote through completion, their communication was fantastic. They explained each stage of the project throughly and they were timely with everything. My house is old so naturally, we ran into unexpected issues. They were great about immediately communicating these issues to me and had the knowledge and expertise to offer solutions that I chose to implement. I was beyond pleased with their work.
