The whole process went smoothly from the initial estimate with TEMO product samples to the very end with a walk through with a company representative. The staff kept me informed of the timetable and changes to it. They are expensive but have a quality product that I know will last for years and years. I highly recommend this company!"

"The permitting took about a month which they prepared us for. The crew worked in the 97 degree heat taking down our old cage and putting up a new one in 3.5 days. It is a 2 story cage. They were meticulous and the workmanship appears excellent. We are very please with the appearance and sturdiness of the enclosure."

"Wow! Exceptional build! A simple phone call to request an estimate turned into a beautiful covered and screened-in lanai. Larry came out to provide an estimate and right out of the gate he showed his interest in wanting to know exactly what was wanted and the understanding of the high expectation I was demanding. His desire to build the best lanai was evident by the additional little touches provided in regards to design and stability. I can't say enough about this experience and the final product. Got the estimates for the sunroom, sales manager came promptly and gave the estimates, very reasonable estimates, but after looking at the review online and enough reviews for the sunroom, really thinking about hiring them for the job. If I get guarantee on workmanship and schedule, willing to consider giving the job to them. ***can't say if I hire them again at this time, as the job done and see their workmanship"

"I waited until we had a few storms before writing this review. During the estimation process we discussed options which resulted in less work for the company and less expense for me. The work the company performed has exceeded all my expectations. There were a few curve balls thrown into the work due to the age and structural strength of the enclosure which the company handled well and with a certain amount of anticipation; they liked the challenge. In addition to the rescreening the company strengthed the enclosure structure with brackets and additional cables, and built a cat door on the lanai. Both of these additions to the original quote were reasonably priced. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional in their work and their personal behavior (language and music choices). The owner of the company headed the project."

Leroy contacted me almost immediately. I told him what I needed, sent a few photos, and THE NEXT DAY, Wayne was there to perform the installation. Polite, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was in-line with my budget. I would hire them again!"
