"This is a deep cleaning according to Lisa I paid Lisa $300 for a deep cleaning service that was never properly completed. From the beginning, I clearly stated that I needed a deep cleaning, but instead of focusing on the job, she began asking irrelevant and inappropriate questions about my personal life?such as whether I run an Airbnb and why I have cameras in my home. That is not her business, and I should not have to justify what I do in my own house. The situation became even more uncomfortable when I had family members present and felt pressured to explain myself. On top of that, she made inappropriate threats, saying I could be arrested, which escalated the situation unnecessarily. When I expressed dissatisfaction and considered hiring another cleaning crew to finish the job correctly, she became defensive rather than taking responsibility.
