"I was disappointed with Brett's work. I told him what I needed to do, which was to have water stop coming from a waterline that had been attached to a refrigerator, and I needed to cold water back on because it had been turned off when the refrigerator was removed. I was moving and had sold the refrigerator. Brett saw we were moving because he was interested in buying a mattress I had for sale. During the communication, Brett asked me if I needed the waterline anymore, and I said I didn't because I was moving, but of course, someone coming in might need the waterline for their refrigerator. Brett cut that waterline and sealed it up. He was done in about 10 or 15 minutes. When I saw what he had done, I was shocked and confused about why he cut the line. I asked him if it could be fixed, and he stated no because he knew he had done a "quick fix' to be in and out. I had to call another plumber and spend more money the next day to fix Brett's mistake. According to the other plumber, Brett did a "quick fix', instead of fixing it correctly. I would not recommend Brett because he is only interested in a "quick fix" to get your money and move on to the next person to do wrong. Why is it so difficult to do the right thing?"
