"Called, made an appointment (was about two weeks out on appointments). On the date and appointed time, An Andy's truck arrived on time with three employees. They listened to my issues; one zone was not working and I wanted a tune up of the system, as well. They set about checking everything, ran all 9 zones I have, replaced three leaky sprinkler heads found during testing and adjusted the sprinkler heads as necessary. They also reset my timer to run the times, days and amount I wanted so it would run on automatic. Ran the complete system again to check all was correct, asked me if I was satisfied (which I definitely was), gave me the bill, which I paid with a credit card and before leaving, they thanked me for my business and said if I have any additional issues, to please call and they would come out to service me. They completed everything in just underone hour I will definitely hire them again to service my water sprinkler system!"

"The repair went very well! I made an appointment with the dispatcher. I explained that the problem was faulty zone not working on my sprinkler system. She explained the hourly rate as well as the possible problems and cost associated with those problems once isolated. Michael (tech) was scheduled to come to my home the next day. Michael arrived on time. He was clean, and very courteous. I explained the problem of a station not functioning on my sprinkler system, and he got to work immediately. Michael diagnosed the issue and found that there as a faulty valve. While he was working, I followed Michael around, watched him work, and asked a bunch of questions about my system. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner. Michael replaced the broken valve, then tested the system for leaks. He also checked and adjusted every sprinkler head in the zone of the replaced valve. He cleaned up, gathered his tools, and verified that nothing was left behind. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that was completed, and plan to use Collin County Sprinkler again in the future. I really like the no nonsense, courteous, yet professional approach that this company takes in doing business."

"I was in panic mode! Just spent $$$$ to have new St. Augustine sod planted in the many bare areas in my lawn. The landscaper advised me to water the lawn three times per week. When the sprinklers ran the first time, one zone stopped early, another zone did not run at all and yet another zone would not stop running until the controller was unplugged.
