"Company was optimistic repairs could be done to resolve issues on my roof when other companies were advocating full replacement. Decided to give them a chance and upon completion of the $4k of work, they told me the roof needed replaced and did not give a meaningful credit for that work compared to other contractors who quoted full replacement from Day one. Cannot understand why they did not stop the work and call me when they thought the whole roof needed replaced."
