They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "These guys did great work. We chose to replace deck with Trex decking and added stairs. They did a fantastic job with tear down and removal of old deck, pouring new footings and landing, installation of new deck and final cleanup. We love the framing of the deck and stairs, really looks sharp. They were great about returning to address a couple of concerns we had. The entire project was done very professionally. I’d like to clarify that the 4 star on punctuality was really no fault of Bluegrass Contruction. Supply chain issues set the project back a bit, compounded by a significant snow storm and the holidays. I would and will go with Bluegrass for any future projects within their area of expertise. "The results were extraordinary.  The project took a few days longer than expected, but that didn't bother us, as we would rather get the project done correctly rather than rush it.  The roof looks great. Josh was at our home every other day to give me an update on the work that had been done that day, and what was ahead.  I was on the roof almost daily after the workers left so I could see progress and all the items that we discussed were done.
It was very professional job, well coordinated, no surprises, and Josh came in on budget, which isn't always the case with contractors.  Josh was professional throughout.  He communicated with us frequently and thoroughly.  Like I said, there were no surprises and the results exceeded my expectations.  I was just on the roof yesterday, and the roof felt really solid underneath my feet (no soft spots) and the installation was well done.
