"Tyrone went above and beyond for our family. We were about to pay quite a bit for flooring and he sent us to Carpet Exchange to see if we would find something a bit better and lower price. We ended up buying flooring from them since we found something we loved and he was quick to get us next in line to install. Tyrone and his son leveled out our awful floors and installed new ones, they came out so beautiful. They were a pleasure to work with and even went as far as to install our baseboards and helped put our toilet back together. As new homeowners we felt at ease with his level of knowledge, he gave us good advice and we would hire them again to finish the rest of our house. "There was a small mix up and I didn't get a call back like I was told that I would, but once I called back, they were responsive and scheduled right away. Discussion about oil vs water based polyurethane did not happen initially so I ended up paying more than was quoted for water based finish. Overall, they guys were great, and they did a great job.
